We had heard all the horror stories about builders and how you never really know how your house is being built. Tim you are a complete dream to work with. If you are building a house, work with Tim if you can, he has a bit of a waiting list but this is only because he is worth it.

Tim walked us through every building aspect of our home. His communication was wonderful. The FaceTime and videos were a complete pleasure and we had a deep personal connection with our home before we even moved into it!!!

We moved to Fox Glen Development in March 2019. Our experience with the builder has been very good. We had a few minor things that needed to be handled and when I called him, he was very quick to respond to our needs. Either he came over here to handle the issue or his carpenter came here - I did not have to keep calling - he returned all my calls and emails and all issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

To this day, if I have an issue, I feel confident that I can call him and he would get back to me as soon as possible.

I would not hesitate to use Tim Fleishour as my builder.
